Tsukuriwake means artisanship through a diversity of making, and the limited edition 2024 Tsukuriwake Selection is a true reflection of this philosophy. Our blenders orchestrate each step of the whisky-making process, exploring techniques passed down through generations of chief blenders at Suntory Whisky. Raw ingredient selection, peating levels, and fermentation, distillation and maturation techniques are expertly balanced to explore the full range of expressions of what a single malt – and Japanese whisky – can be.

Maltier, Richer Yamazaki Profile
The Yamazaki Golden Promise is composed of Golden Promise barley. First grown in Scotland in the 1960s, this standout grain is revered for its flavour and malting characteristics.
Distilled in Japan since 2009 and aged in American Oak casks, sweet, fruity, and citrus notes accentuate the nuances of the Yamazaki base.
